A big part of prioritization is really understanding what is important to your boss, when and what they need to know in order to make a decision.
Likely in your day to day you may be giving attention, time and talent toward activities that are not of importance to what you need to ‘Eat the Frog’.
Here are some quick tips for you:

Answer these questions:
What are the consistent asks of you?
Ask your boss ‘when do you need this by?” and ask if there are other items on your list that you will need to remove in order to meet the timeline.
How often are your syncs with your boss around process/needs or plan for the week? If none, consider placing 30 mins on calendar to talk about the asks for the day, key decisions, provide progress and share the timelines and goals.
Are you aiming for perfection vs understanding that sometimes your boss needs to see something so they can ideate or move things forward?
Remember, do what needs to be done vs what you want to do. Don't wait until motivation hits.
Motion begets motion.
